the Exeter Nightingale Hospital

Jay’s Mastics are pleased to have been awarded the contract working on behalf of BAM on the temporary Nightingale Hospital based in the Sowton Industrial Estate, Exeter – works are already underway on this 120 bed structure to be completed by end of June.

EAST PARK UNIVERSITY OF EXETER

Project starting late December- the Contractor is Vinci Construction UK as detailed below :

UNIVERSITY PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAMME [1] (UPP), PROVIDER OF ON-CAMPUS RESIDENTIAL AND ACADEMIC ACCOMMODATION INFRASTRUCTURE, HAS SUCCESSFULLY REACHED FINANCIAL CLOSE ON A £139.7M DEAL WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF EXETER [2] ON ITS EAST PARK PROJECT

PP has appointed contractor Vinci Construction UK [3] to deliver the development, which has a construction value of £91m.

Richard Bienfait, Chief Executive Officer of UPP, said: “This new project is a testament to the strength of our bespoke, long-term partnership with the University of Exeter, first formed in 2009. When complete, we will operate over 4,000 on-campus residences in Exeter, in continued support of the University’s strategy and providing the very best student experience

MILLBAY WHARF DEVELOPMENT (A2) ON BEHALF OF GALLIFORD TRY PARTNERSHIPS

Millbay Wharf development is the huge quadrant wharf waterside development (A2 block) taking shape on behalf of Galliford Try Partnerships – in total there will be 137 flats, many with breathtaking views across the water to Cornwall, the latest phase in English Cities Fund’s (ECF) ongoing redevelopment of the former docks area.

Jay’s Mastics Limited are pleased to be delivering the mastic sealant works on the A2 block.

EHA Group – Derry’s Student Accommodation in Plymouth

This large, multi-purpose project requires remodeling, extending and refurbishing the existing structure. It will become a 500-bed student accommodation block, a 110 bedroom, top-floor hotel, and 7 mixed purposes, ground floor retail units and student facilities.
